LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

 We understand the Learning styles and Cultural implications of adult learners and design our programmes accordingly. We use ADDIE model for our Learning objectives and programmes. We do three levels of analysis i.e Organizational level, Task level and Individual level. We use blended approach (i.e combination of Instructor-led and self-directed) for our training modules. Our unique approach to learning & development is transfer of learning action plans post training. We use participatory approach such as Role play, Case Studies, Round robin, Structured exercises, Fish bowl activities and T-Groups in all our training modules. We focus on Return on Investment (ROI) to our clients as required by them. We have a pool of veteran and versatile trainers.   The following are details of the Learning programmes we offer
